An enchanting penthouse with spectacular views towards the blue sea and green hills that mixes a warm contemporary with flashes of modern perspectives, came to life from the interior design project curated by architects Salvatore Valente and Rosaria Mauro. The house is located in a recently built elegant building, on the main street of the town.
The residence is deployed over a surface of 200 square meters and has a terrace of 400 square meters. Among the design objectives there was that of a more balanced division between the common spaces and those private of the attic, with a well identified sleeping area, a spacious and bright kitchen that was desired to maintain independent and direct communication with outsiders. In the entrance and living room of the attic a beautiful glance is given by a play of circular lights and a very elegant boiserie that furnishes the environment with a discreet presence that hides a walk-in closet and a guest bathroom with the installation of a black Cordivari radiator that integrates well with all the elements; in the sleeping area there are three bedrooms and three bathrooms, all with Cordivari radiators.
