An interior design project with minimal and refined lines in which colour, minimalism and brightness play the key roles. In the heart of Palermo, located inside an imposing and modern building that originates from the total reconversion and renovation of the former Hotel Ponte - known in the city for its unbeatable location offering suggestive views of the gulf: this is where Seaview Apartments were born. It is a holiday home consisting of three original and functional mini-apartments, characterised by three different surface areas, that make up the entire receptive structure. They are completely autonomous and independent, characterised respectively by a sleeping area, dining area and kitchen. For the heating system, Ardesia tubular radiators were chosen, a Cordivari classic with high thermal performance, customisable in numerous colours.
